My Credit Controllers Ltd is growing and we’re looking for someone to join our team. You will be responsible for your own client ledgers, working closely with our clients and their customers to resolve any queries, chase for payments, and maintain those important customer relationships. What will you be doing?

The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training to be able to undertake the following: Analysis of clients aged debtors Exploration of the reason for delayed payment Liaise with customers to ensure payment is received Maintaining client/client-customer communications Create and monitor payment plans for debtors Data entry of prospect details into the system Ensuring reports and notes are tidy and accurate Adherence to company policies and procedures Adherence to GDPR policies and procedures Key Requirements
