NXTGEN is recruiting for a Credit Controller role, where you'll take charge of managing collections and recoveries across a growing debt portfolio. As a Credit Controller, you'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth collections processes and minimizing credit loss. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact as a Credit Controller in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Work alongside the Finance Department to ensure accurate totals and interest charges.
Escalate relevant accounts to key stakeholders when needed.
Contact customers professionally, ensuring compliance with company policies and protecting the organization's reputation.
Take action to mitigate credit loss, preserving value on a case-by-case basis.
Manage credit reviews escalated by other departments, taking appropriate actions.
Continuously monitor and evaluate credit data, identifying early warning signs.
