Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage customer accounts and credit limits Ensure records are up to date and accurate on the system Set up new customer accounts and establish credit limitations Follow up with clients on unpaid invoices via phone and email Deal with invoice queries Monitor the central inbox Maintain strong relationships with internal teams Monday to Friday - 35 hours a week

The successful candidate will possess: Experience in a similar background Excellent communication skills Ability to work as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work to timed deadlines
Job Offer
Salary up to £24,000 per annum + 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) + 5 days on-site + Private healthcare + Staff discount platform online.
