Your new role As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for the collection of outstanding payments from key customer accounts. Your key activities will involve credit control, chasing up outstanding payments, liaising and building relationships with a variety of customers, dealing with customer queries, cash allocation, and more. You will be working with a well-established team and will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our financial operations. Please note that the working hours are from [insert hours]. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in a Credit Control or admin environment. You should be confident in cash allocation, chasing up unpaid invoices, and resolving queries. A confident and polite telephone manner, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail are essential. Experience with Excel and an understanding of credit insurance would be advantageous but not essential.

What you'll get in return In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a salary of £25,000.
