The Credit Control Team is responsible for diplomatically collecting debt in line with contracted Client credit terms, which involves removing any obstacles preventing this outcome. To be successful in this role, you need to be passionate, professional, and absolutely comfortable working in a high-pressure environment. The role is varied, involving reporting, reconciling, and leading the Accounts Receivable Team. The core of the role is collecting late payments and reducing Flight Centre’s risk. What you require 3 years Credit control experience Team Player Fluent in French Promoting customer satisfaction whilst extracting cash in line with payment terms!
