The Opportunity:

Role profile:
Day to day credit control duties – managing and collecting debts from company debtors
Evaluating new credit requests and reviewing customers’ credit ratings with insurers
Posting of bank receipts to accounting system
Liaising with solicitors for debts which need referring
Managing of proforma invoices to be sent to customers
Routine statements and payment reminders for credit control purposes
Investigate and resolve queries relating to non-paid debts
Aged debt reporting for all credit control activities
Control credit limits
Setting up new accounts for the credit control team
Invoice processing
Various other duties as and when required
Person profile:
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
IT literate
Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
