The main duties include: Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring payments are made within agreed terms. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Handle a high volume of customer interactions via telephone. Maintain customer records to ensure timely receipt of invoices/statements. Provide copy invoices to customers on an ad-hoc basis. Escalate any concerning issues to the Credit Control Team Leader.
