Hays Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be supporting an expanding business who are looking to strengthen their finance team by recruiting a hands-on, target-driven credit controller to take them to the next phase of their expansion plans.
Your new role In this Credit Control job, you will work closely with all areas of the business in creating new customer accounts, agreeing credit limits and ensuring the correct customer is being invoiced, which requires you to work closely with the sales team on new orders and updates on outstanding accounts. As an experienced credit controller, it will be your responsibility to collect all outstanding debts and agree re-payment plans if required, as well as resolve queries / invoice issues. You will be confident with Excel to produce detailed aged debtor reports and accurate cash flow analysis for the Senior Management Team. This is a fast-paced business-to-business organisation which requires accurate financial data and regular updates on customer accounts as well as using your analytical skills to review cash flow trends.
What you'll need to succeed You will have proven credit control skills and be able to demonstrate effective collection solutions in collecting debt from a range of SME organisations through to larger corporate businesses, including international organisations.
