Credit Controller
Credit Controller focuses on take ownership of a designated customer ledger and actively follow up on overdue payments.
What the role involves
- Take ownership of a designated customer ledger and actively follow up on overdue payments.
- Maintain strong internal and external customer relationships to support efficient collections.
- Ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Accurately record customer queries.
- Assisting with customer reporting and debt/payment analysis.
- Supporting credit limit assessments in line with internal policies.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant finance, accounts, payroll, Excel, bookkeeping, or accounting-system experience may be required.
Confirmed role details
- NG10 Long Eaton (Hybrid – 2 days working from home, 3 days in the office).
- 37 hours per week.
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm (1 hour lunch).
