Salary: GBP27000 - GBP30000 per annum TeamJobs are looking for an experienced Credit Controller in Poole! Location: BH12 Working Hours:

Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (office-based) Salary: Up to £30k, with attractive benefits and bonus schemes The Role: As a Credit Controller, you’ll play a key role in managing and controlling customer debt, ensuring smooth cash flow, and fostering strong customer relationships. You’ll oversee customer accounts, monitor credit limits, and ensure timely payments. Key Responsibilities: Debt Management:

Proactively review and manage customer accounts to maximise cash flow and minimise risk. Customer Communication:

Act as the main point of contact for customer account queries, delivering prompt and professional support via email and phone. Creditworthiness Review:

Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers using financial insights. Team Collaboration:

Hold weekly sales meetings to escalate issues, brainstorm solutions, and achieve team goals. Reporting:

Prepare and distribute key reports, such as customer statements and credit hold updates. Reconciliation & Compliance:

Oversee reconciliations and electronic data integration, while adhering to company policies and escalating significant concerns as needed.
