Monitor and manage aged debtor balances, maintaining accurate customer records Conduct credit checks and assess financial stability for new customers Negotiate payment plans to settle credits Prepare regular reports on credit management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers Maintain an up-to-date record of all communication with debtors If you have a proven track record in credit control and bring strong customer service skills to the table, we’d love to hear from you. You should be comfortable managing accounts, resolving queries efficiently, and building positive relationships with clients while ensuring payments are processed promptly.
