A superb opportunity for a Credit Controller to join a prestigious business based in Ross-On-Wye. Your role will be to provide operational and administrative support to deliver efficient and effective credit control and cash collection services. We are seeking someone who is highly organised, customer-focused, and has a strong background in credit control.
The role offers a fantastic salary of £27,000 - £28,000 per annum, with great employee benefits, such as 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, flexibility on start and finish times, pension scheme, and more.
Main duties:
Banking daily of incoming payments onto finance system Setting up new clients on finance system Processing of the cheques Credit Checks Sending e-mail statements & reminders and copy invoices Credit notes (processing and updating spreadsheet) Chase customers for overdue payments via e-mail and telephone Tackling financial queries efficiently and effectively Setting up Direct Debits client payments Investigating issues for non-payment Remittances, coding and updating spreadsheet Assisting Senior Credit Controller with queries and issues
Key Skills and Attributes:
You must have previous credit control experience Excellent customer service and organisational skills Computer literate Ability to meet deadlines Good communication skills Ability to work well within a team but also autonomously
