This role requires you to proactively reduce outstanding debt by maintaining your ledger of private tenants. This includes chasing tenants via means of phone & email, issuing warning letters, building & maintaining relationships with tenants, proceeding with legal action when required, and many other ad hoc tasks. The job is full time with the very occasional requirement to work a Saturday morning with sufficient notice given.
To be considered, a background in chasing consumer debt is essential, and prior experience of working within the property and/or housing industry is highly advantageous.
