We are looking for a Credit Controller to join our team at Cygnet Nepicar House, Sevenoaks, Kent. Cygnet was established in 1988. Since then we have developed a wide range of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, eating disorders, autism and learning disabilities within the UK. This is an exciting role within the Credit Control team ensuring all revenue is collected in a timely fashion and dealing with the associated queries that come up. Summary of Responsibilities

Chasing debt by phone and email, own set of accounts to chase – covering NHS funders and local authorities. Proven ability to communicate clearly and to create good relationships with funders. Dealing with a high level of sometimes complex queries. Raising credit note requests and working closely with the billing team. Ability to work towards target and to be able to identify debt issues.
