Credit Controller

to join their team liaising with both internal and external customers to resolve day to day queries, following company procedure to minimise bad debt.

Duties & Responsibilities: Monitor customer credit limits and spend and obtain credit reports when required Collect overdue debt and ensure customer spend is within the credit limits Produce reports for overdue accounts to make collection calls, send letters and suspend deliveries Follow company procedures for high-risk customers, change of ownership, closure of a business, Liquidation/administration

Skills & Experience: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Word Excellent communication skills Problem solving skills Confident and motivated
