Description Managing and maintaining the sales ledger. Collecting outstanding debts while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Regularly reviewing the company's credit control procedures. Reporting and presenting financial data to the senior management team. Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. Implementing strategies to reduce the company's outstanding debts. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. Monitoring and managing cash flow.

Profile A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. A firm understanding of the property industry. Excellent organisational skills.
