This role offers the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring timely debt collection and resolution of client issues. What you'll do: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients Ensure timely debt collection and query resolution Manage the credit control process for your allocated portfolio of clients Ensure timely collection of debts and minimise aged debt, focusing on 180 days+ Liaise with Account Managers when necessary to push for query resolution Maintain comprehensive notes and diary management up-to-date Provide weekly reports to the Credit Manager on debt status/action taken Handle credit note/Work Order requests via transaction management Manage incoming and outgoing business emails What you bring: Proven experience in Credit Control (at least 2 years) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organisational skills Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly Experience in property credit control would be beneficial but is not essential What sets this company apart: Our client is renowned for its commitment to employee development and fostering a supportive work environment.
