Credit Controller
in our
Truro
office. The role is part time, approx. 15-20 hours per week. We are looking for candidates with previous credit control experience and the determination and resilience needed to chase debts. Key responsibilities of a Credit Controller will include:
Contacting clients by phone and email to recover debts, following debtor policy to liaise with clients about collection. Liaising internally to keep managers and partners informed of progress and of when key dates have passed. Also liaising with managers over billing process and WIP balances to ensure timely billing. Recording and tracking cash received into our systems. Working as part of a team to achieve cash collection targets. Monitoring of old debts to report those that need to go on stop to managers. About You
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: Previous credit control experience. Experience of CCH and IRIS would be beneficial. Experience with Microsoft Office packages. Excellent communication skills and confident when talking to clients to collect debt and offer different payment methods. Friendly, professional but often firm with clients and internal stakeholders.
