TMM Recruitment is assisting with the search for a Credit Controller to support a Finance Team on a permanent basis in Turriff. This important role is focused on assisting with the creation and maintenance of customer accounts and timely collection of their balances.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Setting up new customer accounts following the completion of required documentation and credit/information checks.
Communicating with customers in regards to their accounts and payments, providing necessary information as requested.
Monitoring aged debt records and collaborating with the Sales Team to optimise collections.
Processing and recording customer payments made over the phone.
Updating and maintaining customer account notes to ensure an accurate and current case history.
Handling queries from customers in relation to their accounts.
Participating in monthly debtors review meetings.
