Escalate issues and complaints in a timely manner, adhering to company processes and regulatory requirements. Operate within Time Finance plc’s data protection, compliance, and HR policies. What you'll need to succeed Strong case management skills, particularly with hard asset portfolios and high-value cases. Experience in arrears management, payment plan negotiation, and collaboration with business support teams. Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with GDPR guidelines. Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail. Ability to liaise effectively with legal service suppliers and third-party agents.
