Your new role : Manage the hard asset portfolio and handle complex, high-value cases to support various business areas. Chase arrears, agree payment plans, and collaborate with the Business Support Manager to rectify arrears cases. Manage and maintain records of client administration activities, ensuring all data is accurately uploaded onto relevant systems in compliance with GDPR guidelines. Complete necessary administrative tasks throughout the contract's duration. Compile paperwork for agent instructions. Liaise with outsourced legal service suppliers and third-party agents for asset recovery or disposal. Escalate issues and complaints in a timely manner, adhering to company processes and regulatory requirements. Operate within Time Finance plc’s data protection, compliance, and HR policies. What you'll need to succeed Strong case management skills, particularly with hard asset portfolios and high-value cases. Experience in arrears management, payment plan negotiation, and collaboration with business support teams. Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with GDPR guidelines. Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail. Ability to liaise effectively with legal service suppliers and third-party agents.
