Free On-Site Parking A company based in Watford is seeking a proactive and organised Credit Controller to join their team on a temporary basis. If you have a keen eye for detail and a strong background in managing accounts receivable, I would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Managing the credit control process and collecting outstanding payments Maintaining accurate records of all communications with clients and payment statuses Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies efficiently Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to reduce overdue debt Liaising with internal departments to resolve any billing or payment queries Monitoring credit limits and assessing credit risk Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to debt recovery Knowledge of financial regulations and credit control best practices This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Credit Controller to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.
