Ensure that customer payments are collected in alignment with the agreed account terms. Review credit reports for current and prospective accounts. Regularly assess and update current credit limits and payment terms provided. Evaluate new accounts to establish the credit terms to be offered. Requirements:
Established experience working in Credit Control. A positive attitude towards work and a willingness to learn new systems and processes. Strong problem-solving skills for the prompt and efficient resolution of invoice issues. IT proficiency – Word and Outlook experience is crucial. Benefits:
