Credit Controller | £25k+ DOE | Wirral
Credit Controller role being recruited for a business based in Wirral.The successful candidate will get the chance to work for an award-winning business that is part of a large, growing group, offering employees a great working environment that will challenge and develop them.
The Role
As Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:
Chasing outstanding debt by telephone, letter and email
Managing accounts, providing a first class customer service
Cash allocation and bank reconciliations
Raising invoices, sending to customer and updating the receivables ledger
Statement reconciliations
Dealing with queries
Processing payments
About You:
Strong credit control experience
Excellent customer service mindset
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Good knowledge of Excel
Ability to build strong relationships with customers
Experience working in a high volume, target driven environment
