We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller for our brilliant client based in the Crawley area. In this role you are going to be a key member of the business responsible for the management of the Sales Ledger.
This will be a varied role working both with B2B and B2C customers but day to day you will be responsible for:
Monitoring debtor balances Setting up payment plans Building on client relationships Chasing debt by telephone, email, and letter Updating monthly aged debtor reporting Keeping management up to date on outstanding debtWe are looking for someone with previous experience in Credit Control as well as:
Excellent communication skills Keen eye for details Strong relationship building Able to deal with incoming and outgoing calls A great team playerWe are looking for someone who is able to hit the ground running in a temp role, can committ to an ongoing temp role and LOVES being actively on the phone, building relationships with clients and reducing debt.
