are pleased to be supporting a well-established organisation in Wrexham looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the following duties: Key responsibilities: Chasing payments for 2 of the Companies within the Group, via email, and telephone. Ensuring that all remittances are allocated correctly to ledgers. Processing cash postings onto the ERP system. Reconciliation of the customer accounts. Opening and monitoring all new accounts and setting credit limits. Copy invoices, confirming delivery of goods. Preparing and processing the daily banking and monthly direct debits collections. Skills/Experience: Must have previous experience dealing with customers over the phone in a polite and professional manner. Proactively deal with issues should they arise. Confident in liaising with other internal stakeholders. Competent Excel & Word skills. Use of an ERP system would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. What’s On Offer: Up to £30,000 per annum (possibly more if the person has strong credit control experience in a manufacturing environment). Full time hours – Monday to Friday - all onsite. Excellent benefits package, once probation completed. Onsite parking.
