Credit Controller /Administrator York Salary: £25k to £30k pa Invigorate Recruitment is working with its client near York to recruit an additional team member into the finance team . We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller / Administrator, who is studying or looking to study their AAT. Purpose: Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Credit Controller/ Administrator is responsible for managing the debts of the business, along with providing administrative support to the Finance, Sales and Client Services departments within the company. Main Responsibilities Credit Controller/Administrator Managing and collecting debts from the company’s debtors Ensuring the timely collection of debt with agreed terms Following up on payments as needed Responding the client’s enquiries Agreeing potential repayment plans with the Account Management Team Checking and posting of receipts Provide cover within the Finance Team Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met Assist the Finance Manager with the processing of core accounts functions. Other accountancy/administrative duties as and when required. Personal Attributes Excellent organizational skills Able to work accurately with good attention to details Understanding and maintaining confidentiality Ability to manage a diverse workload and work in a fast-moving environment Great communication skills with a friendly and flexible approach Excellent customer relation skills and professional / courteous telephone manner Hours of work : 8.30am-5pm Mon- Thurs , 8.30am-4pm Fri
