Credit Hire Lawyer sought after by regional claimant firm
Your new company
Our client is a regional law firm who specialise in personal injury, clinical and professional negligence claims. They are currently recruiting Credit Hire Lawyers during a period of growth for both of their Manchester and Liverpool offices. This is also a retrain opportunity for experienced RTA litigators. The role is fully office based, a competitive salary and benefits are available and negotiable dependent upon experience. There is parking close to the office, and it is a short walk from the nearest train station.
Your new role
This Credit Hire Lawyer position will see you handle a mixed caseload of litigated fast and multi-track credit hire cases on a delegated authority basis. There will be a mix of liability admitted and disputed cases.
What you’ll need to succeed
You should be a qualified Solicitor/lawyer. Those who are not qualified with strong experience may also be considered. Previous litigated credit hire experience is preferable. Those with strong RTA litigation experience may also be considered.
