The Role

We're seeking an experienced Credit Hire Solicitor to handle a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated files for a variety of clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the success of a growing firm.

Responsibilities include:

Managing a diverse caseload of credit hire claims from inception to resolution. Preparing cases for litigation and attending hearings where necessary. Conducting legal research and drafting clear, concise correspondence. Maintaining excellent client relationships and providing high-quality advice. Keeping up to date with relevant legal developments and case law.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (2+ years PQE preferred, but all levels considered). Strong experience in credit hire litigation, including both defendant and claimant cases. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with excellent time management. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
