We are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst to assess and provide insightful analysis on the performance of assigned Credit Risk Lending strategies, identifying opportunities to improve performance, contributing to the delivery of FS goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Producing MI and insightful analysis on credit risk lending strategies, measuring their performance against expectations. Implementing and adhering to all governance, risk and compliance standards, ensuring strategies deliver the best outcomes for customers and the business. Identifying, building and maintaining key internal and external stakeholder relationships to deliver strategy performance insight. As FGFS is within a regulated environment, any offer is subject to satisfactory background checks including criminal record check, credit check, and employment references.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience of working within the retail, financial services sector. Experience of SQL or a coding language preferable. Good working knowledge of financial sector compliance and governance, i.e., FCA, TCF, Data Protection. Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment. Is delivery and customer focused. Is analytical, pragmatic and systematic in approach. Ability to produce and interpret data and information. Self-motivated with the ability to work individually and as part of a wider team. High attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. IT literate including Excel.
