Associate Director - Insolvency & Restructuring

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to establish and strengthen relationships with key creditors, including banks, financial institutions, and trade creditors, to foster trust and secure future referral opportunities. Oversee creditor engagement activities during insolvency cases, ensuring clear and effective communication at all stages. Liaise with the Official Receiver and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth case administration and secure key appointments. Lead and inspire the creditor services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years' experience in creditor services, insolvency, or a related professional services environment. Proven track record in developing and managing relationships with creditors and external stakeholders. Familiarity with working alongside the Official Receiver and other statutory bodies is highly desirable. Hybrid working with the ability to work from home 2/3 days per week. Flexible working hours to suit your life. Tailored commission structure to maximise your ability to earn. 25 days holiday a year, plus bank holidays. An extra day off on your birthday. Half days on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
