We are now looking for a Crewing Manager to join our client's Crewing department. As the Crewing Manager, you will: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Crewing department, managing Crewing Supervisors and the Maritime Recruiter. Lead the recruitment and selection process for maritime crew, ensuring all vessels are sufficiently crewed and comply with regulations. Ensure compliance with international labour laws, rest hour regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date crew rotas. Coordinate crew rotations and travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and transport. Act as the key point of contact between crew members, operations, and other departments for seamless coordination. Support Crewing Supervisors in managing crew welfare and addressing any concerns during assignments. Ensure crew certifications are maintained and up-to-date. Assist with crew pay negotiations and foster a positive working environment for the entire team. Skills & experience required:

To be successful in this role, you'll need: 5+ years of experience in Fleet Management, Crewing Services, or a maritime-related role. At least 3 years in a supervisory position with a solid understanding of international maritime laws. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce. IT proficiency with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Other information:
