Key Responsibilities: Provide clear, concise legal advice over the phone to police station detainees Manage and progress cases efficiently while meeting commercial targets Collaborate with supervisors and team leaders to ensure high-quality service delivery Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely follow-up on all cases Deliver empathetic, professional client care during high-stress situations Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards at all times Qualifications and Skills: LPC graduates are encouraged to apply Knowledge of criminal law is advantageous but not essential Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills High ethical standards and respect for confidentiality Opportunity to gain
