My client is a niche law firm that specializes in Private Criminal Defence & regulatory work. They represent Police officers and Regulated professionals subject to criminal and regulatory allegations.
We are looking to recruit a full or part-time qualified solicitor or accredited professional and are interested to hear from potential candidates who have experience in: Advising and representing Professional clients, subject to criminal & regulatory allegations Dealing with complex criminal cases at Crown Court Dealing with regulatory cases Helping with call-out cases for institutional clients
You will be working alongside senior and experienced legal practitioners.
We offer flexible and home working arrangements.
The ideal applicant would be an experienced Police station representative, with experience in dealing with PFED, a fully qualified solicitor, living within an hour and a half of Yorkshire.
This is a hybrid position, offering a great salary, incentives, and bonus structure for the successful applicant.
Qualifications
Qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate in the UK Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service A proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to work independently as well as part of a team
