Yo! Are you a legal eagle with a passion for defending people’s rights? Ready to flex your solicitor skills in criminal defence on a 12-month adventure? A top-notch law firm is on the hunt for someone to keep the justice train rolling while one of the team is out on maternity leave. like!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Whisperer: Be the go-to person, advising clients and pulling together ironclad defences with the help of barristers, forensic wizards, and investigators. ️♀️ ♂️
- Courtroom Ruler: Represent clients in court for bail, pre-trials, plea bargains, and trials. Bonus points if you know how to throw in a “My client is innocent!” ⚖️
- Law Nerd: Stay sharp and up-to-date with all things law while keeping everything hush-hush and ethical.
- Wheel Deals: Got a thing for motoring law? Great! We’re especially interested if you’ve tackled driving-related cases – whether it’s speeding, dangerous driving, or drug-driving. ️
Why You Should Apply
- If you’ve got a minimum of 3 years of PQE and the chops to handle your own caseload, we want to hear from you!
- This is a client-facing role, so bring those people skills – especially for those “Oops, I did it again” moments in motoring cases.
