Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people getting the support they need to live a life they value. We tackle poverty and disadvantage in communities, through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing and related support.
We have almost 200 services around England – and nearly 3,500 amazing staff and volunteers who run them. Every year our services support around 125,000 people.

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm About the role... Conducting holistic assessments that factor in the distinct needs of each individual. Offering personalised one-to-one support that addresses underlying challenges. Crafting and delivering effective care packages aimed at preventing first-time offenses. Collaborating with a diverse array of individuals and partners to ensure comprehensive care. About you... A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role. Previous experience of drug/alcohol and/or substance misuse work. Ideally you will have some previous work experience within the criminal justice system. A deep-seated commitment to criminal justice and community welfare. Exceptional assessment skills to identify individual needs.
