You will be joining a friendly and welcoming team within a long-established firm with duties including: Handling all aspects of work from police station attendances, Magistrates Court advocacy and Crown Court litigation Handling a caseload of work within the Magistrates Court Attending clients at police stations Providing advice and advocacy within the Magistrates Court Acting as Litigator on Crown Court cases Applying for Legal Aid Servicing your Duty Solicitor Rotas To be considered for this role it is essential you have the following: Qualified Criminal Solicitor with current practicing certificate – 2 years PQE+ Duty Solicitor status Advocacy experience at Magistrates Court Unfortunately, due to the number of applications we receive, we are unable to provide individual feedback to all applicants.
