The appointed Solicitor will be dealing with a range of contentious matters relating to criminal law and prosecutions, conducting court advocacy and advisory work for a diverse range of clients on sensitive situations.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and presenting cases in court. Reviewing evidence, case files, and charging decisions to deliver effective legal advice. Opportunity to work from home at least 2-3 days per week. Training and Support:
Comprehensive induction training program. Mentoring and on-the-job coaching to ensure a smooth transition into your new role in prosecutions. Requirements:
Solicitors and Barristers with a valid practising certificate in England and Wales. Over 2 years of experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to provide well-reasoned judgments. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
