Apply now for the position of CRM Administrator (12 month Fixed Term Contract), and you will be responsible for helping to coordinate, maintain and drive Sales Operation Excellence, with the development of CRM processes and tools to support GB&I Healthcare sales.

Your Role:

You will work closely with the CRM Manager, Sales Managers and Business Line Managers to drive Sales Operational Excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining appropriate levels of data quality to support accurate business reporting from the Funnel. You will identify and correct inaccurate data within the CRM system. You will provide helpdesk support for all CRM system related queries, with a view to resolving them in a timely manner. This will include liaising with the overseas central support function as required. You will support the sales Funnel Review Calls and update Opportunities as required. You will support the Regional Sales Managers as a "CRM Buddy" to ensure timely and accurate Funnel Updates in accordance with the prescribed Forecasting Process.

Your Expertise: Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud, or Microsoft Dynamics 365. Understanding of CRM functionality, including opportunity management, task tracking, and reporting. Proficiency in data entry, cleaning, and maintenance. Ability to assist users with basic CRM navigation and troubleshooting common issues. Experience in CRM administration, data management, or a related field.
