CRM & Business Analyst

to join a leading organisation in financial services. In this role, you will manage and enhance a highly customised Zoho CRM platform, providing valuable insights to drive customer engagement, sales output, and marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities CRM Optimisation:

Manage and maintain CRM data integrity, workflows, and customisations. Data Analysis:

Develop and deliver insightful reports, dashboards, and visualisations to track KPIs and business metrics. Strategic Projects:

Lead initiatives to improve CRM functionality, optimise business processes, and deliver impactful solutions. Collaboration:

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and develop data-driven strategies. Projects You’ll Be Involved In Creating a

Commission Forecasting Model

to enhance revenue predictions. Implementing

AI-driven solutions

to analyse and classify customer interactions. Designing dashboards to optimise

Google ad spend and marketing ROI . About You 5+ years of experience in data or business analysis, with strong CRM expertise. Proven expertise in data analysis, report generation, and developing actionable recommendations. Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g., Zoho Analytics, Power BI).
