Better Placed are delighted to be partnering with a values-driven, high-growth B2B organisation as they look to recruit a CRM and Digital Manager to join the team.
In this newly created role, you'll lead digital marketing initiatives and oversee the CRM (HubSpot) and email marketing platforms. You’ll be instrumental in driving automation, optimising customer relationship strategies, and enhancing outreach with AI tools.
Hybrid working: 1-2 days in the office (HQ's close to Warrington)
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of the CRM strategy, with a strong focus on HubSpot for data management and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve online presence and organic search rankings.
- Conduct targeted outreach and manage automated marketing workflows.
- Leverage AI to enhance marketing capabilities and improve customer insights.
- Analyse marketing data to optimise strategies and deliver targeted messaging.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with strong HubSpot skills.
- Solid understanding of SEO and CRM best practices.
- Familiarity with automation, cold outreach, and AI integration in a B2B environment.
- Ability to think strategically while also managing detail-oriented tasks.
