Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst. It is essential that you have wide experience of being the analyst for business systems changes. It will be strongly beneficial if you have been the business analyst responsible for the implementation of one or more of the following Sales workstreams: Lead to Opportunity including opportunity management, account and contact management, pipeline management, renewals management, sales forecasting, bid/tender management Configure, price, quote (CPQ) especially pricing and quoting Customer relationship management (CRM) Sales enablement: including the use of machine learning and generative AI Multinational implementations in multiple countries, currencies, time zones, languages etc You are likely to have experience of implementing one or more of the following platforms: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
