We are recruiting for a CRM Campaign Specialist. You’ll be an instrumental part of the CRM department’s transformation, focusing on customer-centric approaches and personalised communications for a pillar of specialised campaigns.
Some of the great things you'll be doing:
Creation, organisation, and execution of CRM campaigns, ensuring that each campaign is crafted and aligned with strategic objectives.
Harness the power of data to inform campaign strategies, ensuring that campaigns are precisely tailored to resonate with target audiences and optimised for performance.
Leverage tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud & MovableInk to augment the quality, reach, and personalisation of CRM campaigns.
Conduct comprehensive analysis to gauge campaign performance, distilling insights that can be leveraged for the refinement of future campaigns.
Collaborate seamlessly with various internal teams, ensuring that campaigns are coherent and aligned with organisational goals.
Accountable for ensuring that each CRM campaign is fully compliant with FCA, GDPR, regulatory, and organisational standards.
You’ll have:
High level of proficiency in CRM principles, strategies, tools and technologies.
Proven ability to develop strategic campaign plans that align with business goals and customer needs.
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to analyse data and customer insights.
Ability to work on multiple complex campaigns.
Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
