As the CRM Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the customer data and communications platform. Your efforts will ensure they're making the most of the technology and tools at their disposal, driving the vision for personalised and seamless customer experiences. This is your chance to be at the forefront of fostering lasting customer relationships and encouraging repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Platform and Data roadmap, ensuring projects are on schedule and addressing any issues with the CRM Manager. Become the subject matter expert (SME) for the customer data platform, supporting large-scale implementation projects led by the in-house technical team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system processes, integrations, and developments, communicating any changes to relevant teams. Collaborate with the Communications and Campaigns team within CRM to optimise the platform and data usage. Support the implementation of new channels and integrations, such as SMS. Convert data questions and hypotheses into actionable briefs for the data consultants. Coordinate data analysis and insight briefs, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of reporting and insights provided. Champion the accurate and efficient collection of data across the business, continuously seeking improvement opportunities. Assist the CRM team with various CRM-related tasks and projects as needed.

Naturally curious and ready to ask questions, speak up, and challenge when necessary. Experience in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of nurturing strong working relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word). Strong project management and reporting skills.
