They are currently embarking on a significant digital transformation, and the CRM and Data Manager role is central to this vision. This position will focus on the implementation and enhancement of their Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, a core tool within their digital strategy. By leading CRM customisation, data quality management, and user engagement efforts, the CRM and Data Manager will ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of the business, supporting business development and client relationship management.

Role Overview: We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, a passion for data, and experience with CRM systems. In this role, you’ll work closely with various business stakeholders to collect and interpret requirements, translating these into system specifications. You’ll collaborate with CRM developers to enhance system functionality and play a key part in ensuring data integrity and governance, supporting data-driven decisions across the organisation. Driving user adoption and maximising CRM effectiveness is another vital aspect of this role. You’ll support users through training, conduct onboarding sessions, troubleshoot issues, and lead a super user programme to promote best practice. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for the quality and consistency of data within the CRM, making sure that information is accurate and useful for reporting and analysis.

Who We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with CRM systems (preferably Dynamics) to meet business needs, ideally within a professional services setting. Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail are essential, as is the ability to work with large datasets to produce visually engaging dashboards and reports. You should be a confident communicator, able to build strong relationships across the business and simplify complex technical information.
