Rquirements: - Advanced SQL skills - Experience with APIs and middleware, combined with UI coding skills (e.g. JavaScript, HTML) - Good understanding of CRMs and Azure cloud-based services - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Your responsibilities are: - Assess the current CRM and gain a thorough understanding of how the system is used by different teams across the business - Take ownership of the project to build a new, modern, cloud-based solution, working with the SQL database, adding APIs, and cloud-based functionality - Make improvements to the UI/UX - Work with other companies within the group to implement the solution across those as well
