What we're looking for:

We are seeking an experienced CRM Executive to join our fast-paced and dynamic marketing team. Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and optimisation of our email campaigns, including automations, while analysing customer data to drive actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities: CRM Campaign Execution & Delivery Assist in planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns across various customer segments. Assist in executing SMS and Push notification campaigns for the SportsShoes loyalty app. Support the implementation and optimisation of email automation workflows. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure email content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Data Analysis and Insights Analyse customer data using CDP tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving campaign performance. Generate regular reports on key email marketing metrics and present findings to the CRM Manager. Assist in the implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. CRM / CDP System Assist in the maintenance of customer segments/lists, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Assist in the segmentation of customer lists for targeted marketing initiatives. Support the CRM Manager in optimising the use of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. Cross-functional collaboration Work closely with other departments, including buying and finance teams, to align CRM initiatives with broader business goals. Assist in the implementation of customer loyalty programs and retention strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or vocational equivalent (e.g., CIM, IDM). 2-3 years of experience in CRM or email marketing roles. Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, DotDigital, Mailchimp, Exponea). Required Skills: In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices and trends. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation techniques. Effective copywriting skills. Strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with and understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
