CRM Executive - Hybrid - 2 days per week in Cardiff office About us In 2002, we became the first insurance comparison site. Our purpose? To make the process of sorting your insurance, utilities or personal finances as easy as possible. We’re part of RVU, a group of online brands that include Uswitch, Tempcover, and money.co.uk. As a group, we use our shared knowledge to empower people and help them make decisions confidently across a range of household services. About the role This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM Executive to join our team at Confused.com. We’re at an exciting point in our journey as we look to move our CRM to a more omni-channel approach, utilising email, SMS, push notifications & onsite personalisation. This position is perfect for candidates with hands-on email and CRM marketing experience. We’re looking for someone who wants to take their career up a level with more responsibility, project ownership, and who are looking to challenge themselves driving CRM to the next level. Day to day, you’ll be working in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
What you'll do
Developing and implementing automated customer journeys Deploying tactical campaigns Working with a broad range of stakeholders inside and outside the team You’ll also be independently coming up with new creative ways to: Improve performance Optimise the best ways to target and reward existing customers - whether it’s via email, SMS, or push notifications Finding new opportunities to target customers
What we're looking for
Essential: Ability to create automated multi-channel user journeys and complex workflows in a Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) to support objectives of improving engagement and conversion Good understanding of data management, analysis, and reporting such as Google Analytics and Tableau Ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the business areas and the wider business to deliver timely and effective campaigns Strong planning and organisational skills, with proven ability to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously Desirable: Experience using Braze or similar CEP Knowledge of automated lifecycle programs, dynamic content, testing methodologies, and inbox placement Experience building SMS, push notifications, and in-app campaigns Basic email HTML coding experience Experience working within the insurance or finance market Experience working with retention and loyalty programmes You don’t need to tick off everything on this list - so don’t let that hold you back from applying.
