This CRM Executive role is positioned in a leading UK law firm and will play a key role in the Digital Marketing & Brand team, contributing to the day-to-day activities and upkeep of the CRM system. You will also apply marketing technologies to support the firm’s marketing and business development goals. Additionally, you will assist in other areas of the Digital Marketing & Brand team. Within this CRM Executive opportunity, you will be responsible for: CRM

Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact and company data in the CRM system, adhering to data best practices, internal processes, and research. Enforce CRM data standards, nomenclature, and compliance with GDPR and other internal data protection policies. Support the Business Development team by building targeted mailing lists and addressing CRM-related queries. Troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues, coordinating with the relevant Technology team(s) as needed. Identify opportunities to automate and streamline CRM processes, and contribute to their development. Assist the Marketing Technology Manager in data cleansing projects. Keep CRM training documentation and guides up to date. Update CRM content on the BD&M intranet pages. Email Marketing

Become an expert in our email marketing platform. Advise users on email marketing campaign best practices and ensure adherence to brand guidelines. Troubleshoot and resolve email marketing issues. Reporting

Support the creation of regular and ad-hoc reports across digital and marketing platforms (website, CRM, email marketing, social media). Identify opportunities to automate reporting and collaborate with the Technology team(s) on their creation. Other Digital Marketing & Brand Team Tasks

Create and update website pages (briefings, bios, event pages). Monitor and respond to queries from the shared inbox. Perform general administrative and data marketing/research tasks. The successful candidate for this role will have: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with InterAction or a similar CRM system, with a focus on data quality. Understanding of marketing and data protection principles. Experience with email marketing tools is desirable. Experience updating and maintaining a content management system is desirable.
