ABOUT THE ROLE You will own and drive data-driven CRM strategies to enhance player engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. Your primary responsibility will be to design and execute end-to-end scalable regular ad-hoc campaigns, while leveraging automation and segmentation to build fully automated player journeys. Working in close collaboration with the Country Management team (P&L Holder), you ensure that the local CRM strategy is aligned with business objectives and delivers outstanding player experiences. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement targeted CRM strategies that leverage automation and personalized communication. Focus on improving key KPIs such as Early Life Activation, Retention Rate, Winback Rates, and Churn Reduction. Automation & Scalability:

Build personalized automated communications and player journeys that drive efficiency and scalability in your market. Data & Analytics:

Use analytics and segmentation to understand player behavior, optimizing CRM campaigns to enhance profitability, engagement, and value, while aligning with commercial objectives. Campaign Optimization:

Implement a test-and-learn approach to optimize all lifecycle communications, segmentations, and player rewards. Use insights from A/B testing and performance data to iterate on strategies and drive improvements in player engagement and campaign profitability. End-to-end Execution Ownership:

As an assigned campaign owner, you are accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of campaigns, as well as monitoring and managing all marketing communications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and a flawless customer experience. OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Proven ability to execute successful CRM campaigns that drive engagement and value. Experience in iGaming is preferred, with a passion for sports, gaming, or CRM. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of managing stakeholders across multiple teams and regions. Proficient in CRM tools, with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and continuous improvement. Experience with Tableau and Simplify is beneficial but not an essential requirement for the role. Further training on the tools would be provided internally.
