As a CRM Executive you will support your CRM Manager in building stronger and deeper relationships with our customers, to increase engagement and retention and customer value, through effective CRM strategies and data driven insights. You will need to demonstrate excellent commercial skills combined with proven CRM experience, particularly focused on email and mobile app push communications. Working closely with the Digital Trading Manager you will be instrumental in the implementation and delivery of the CRM strategy for our Premium and Luxury websites. With a working knowledge of CRM and database analytics this role will be highly data driven.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage email and mobile app calendar for our websites aligning with wider teams to support business objectives Responsible for the briefing, creative, segmentation, scheduling and delivery of all email and mobile app notifications. Responsible for the briefing, creative, segmentation, scheduling and delivery of all automated life cycle campaigns Implement ongoing test and learn strategy to continually improve CRM communications Deliver weekly and monthly reports focusing on email and mobile app notification performance, feeding results back to the wider business Responsible for increasing the engaged customer database and their value, identifying key customer segments and targeting them across relevant programmes Build a good relationship with the email service provider, ensuring that all areas of the platform are utilised and optimised Keep up to date on industry insight and email marketing trends Minimum Requirements:

A self-starter mind-set, with the ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance Results driven and delivery focused. Enthusiasm, energy and determination to achieve results, including those achieved through influence on related teams Numerate and analytical and be able to provide insights Excellent communication skills Educated to degree level Experience in working with an email service provider Experience in working with data analysis and segmentation Experience in the retail sector is desirable, though not essential Strong project management - ability to manage and deliver several campaigns at the same time
